The Bad Boys of American Environmentalism: Nordhaus and Shellenberger

A University of Washington paleontologist has found that in the past when carbon dioxide levels rose, massive species extinction ensued. What does that mean to us today, when carbon dioxide levels are going up to unprecedented levels? Also today, the bad boys of American environmentalism, Ted Nordhaus and Michael Shellenberger. You may remember their controversial essay, "The Death of Environmentalism" from a few years ago. They're now making their argument in book form and it's no less incendiary. They think the green movement is lame and they reject the politics of limits. Find out why the veteran activists are now considered heretics.
