Your Most Memorable Gift?

It's dark when you wake up. It's dark when you go to sleep. Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD, is fairly common during these short days of winter. We'll talk with a psychiatrist about SAD and what you can do if you think you have it.

Also, today's one of retail's busiest days. That's because many shoppers either return unwanted gifts, or spend gift cards they got yesterday. While you may not want every gift you get, some presents do stand out as special. So we want to hear your stories about the most memorable gift you ever received. It can be memorable because it was wonderful, or because it was terrible. Give us a call at 206-543-5869 or 1-800-289-5869 and tell us the story of the most memorable gift you ever received and why.

Dr. David Avery is professor of psychiatry and behavior sciences at the University of Washington and Director of Inpatient Psychiatry at Harborview Medical Center. He studies Seasonal Affective Disorder.
