At 2:08 p.m. – Sound Reflections: The Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band
The marches of composer John Philip Sousa grew out of military tradition, but there is also a strong party vibe. Liz Dreisbach formed The Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band 23 years ago. The group keeps the marching party going… while remaining rooted in their seats.

At 2:20 p.m. – Kevin Joyce as The Modern Fool
Vashon Island–based actor Kevin Joyce has been playing the fool for almost 20 years. He's been a performer for Teatro Zinzanni in Seattle and San Francisco, and he hosts 'Big Night Out' on the Seattle Channel. He also provides entertainment and creative workshops for local corporations like Boeing and Microsoft. Kevin says it all started right after college – when a job selling Ferrari posters just wasn't fulfilling anymore.

At 2:40 p.m. – Crai Bower on Valentine's getaways
Valentine's Day falls in the middle of the workweek this year, and a getaway with that special someone can be expensive. Seattle travel writer Crai Bower doesn't give up hope for romance, though. And above all he doesn't resort to the usual Valentine's cliches. Crai has discovered alternative Valentine's options that focus on the precious time you can spend together.

Nutritionists and financial planners alike want you to bring your lunch from home. You'll save money. And you'll probably end up eating healthier too. Danny Sizemore and Josh Holloway think you should ignore that advice sometimes. Their goal is to serve local, seasonal food to hungry Seattle workers a few days a week out of a shiny Airstream trailer. The ventures and the trailer are called Skillet. Jeannie Yandel visits the trailer.
