It's Valentine's day, big for the flower, candy and greeting card industries. Also the day to profess love. There may be some relationships of pure unalloyed adoration... but for most of us, if we're honest, would say honey I love you... but... There are the quirks and disagreements. Part of love is dealing with those differences, sometimes by ignoring them, sometimes by negotiating, sometimes by changing. Give us a call with your conclusion to this sentence: "Honey I love you, but..." and tell us how you deal with the quirks of your significant other.
Also today, the group badware dot org says the latest two versions of RealNetworks popular RealPlayer are bad software. We'll hear why, and get RealNetworks' response.
And, a University of Washington researcher says Seattle's land–use regulations have driven up the cost of homes by $200,000. We'll find out what he means.

Guests:
Max Weinstein is the Manager of StopBadware at Harvard Law School's Berkman Center for Internet & Society.
Theo Eicher is a professor of Economics at University of Washington.
