Seattle's Barbara "Bonnie" Beers is tall, blond and athletic. She looks strong. And she had to be back in 1978. She was the first female firefighter on the Seattle Fire Department. Bonnie Beers spoke with KUOW's Dave Beck about what it took for her to succeed when many people wanted her to fail.
