Overtime In Olympia: The Washington legislature appears to be headed into overtime. Lawmakers say it's unlikely they'll finish their business by today's midnight deadline. That means a special session will be necessary at a cost to taxpayers. KUOW's Austin Jenkins gives us the scoop.
