State Cuts To Basic Health Challenged: Washington's subsidized health insurance program for low income people is facing a legal challenge. Late last week, advocates of low income families filed a federal lawsuit. As KUOW's Ruby de Luna reports, the case is challenging the state's recent decision to remove thousands of legal immigrants from the Basic Health program.
