If you were a bear, where would you want to live? Ecologist Chris Morgan would pick the Alaska Peninsula: a stable coastline with lots of food and open space. As he puts it, the perfect place for a city of bears. He should know. Chris Morgan has travelled the world studying Grizzly, Polar and Black Bears, and their place in our world. What is it like to spend your life studying bears? What makes them remarkable, fearsome or clever? What is their place and value in the modern world?
