Cancer research is a field with no shortage of frustrations. Often drug trials will go on for years and lead nowhere. New technology is heralded as a miracle cure at first, but then unforeseen complications begin to appear. But every once in a while there's an innovation that actually changes how cancer is treated and prevented. This hour on "Weekday," we look at the cancer technologies and practices that doctors and experts are most excited about.
