Ron Howell is a youth outreach specialist with Seattle's Urban Family Center. It was not a career he sought; it basically showed up at his house one night when a foster kid he barely knew needed help. Ron talked with KUOW's Jamala Henderson, about how he became a foster parent at the age of 19, and what he's learned about connecting with troubled kids who need help.
