Boeing Machinists Approve New Contract: Boeing's Machinists overwhelmingly approved a new four–year labor agreement yesterday that offers unprecedented job security and a promise by Boeing to locate production of a new airplane in Renton. After years of strife between labor and management, both sides say this agreement ushers in a new era of cooperation. KUOW's Deborah Wang has the story.

520 Bridge Bonds Pave Path To Citizenship: Chinese investors are buying up bonds to build the new 520 bridge across Lake Washington. They'll get a return on their money, but perhaps more importantly they'll get the opportunity to get a green card to work in the US. KUOW's Liz Jones reports.
