McGinn Talks City's Snow Response: Snowstorms can have political consequences for mayors. Greg Nickels learned that after the 2008 storm, when he lost re–election less than a year later. Mayor Mike McGinn joins us to talk about the city's snow response this time around.
Power Out For Thousands, Here's What To Expect: We've gone from snow to ice to slush, and now thousands are without power. We check in with the National Weather Service, the Washington state Department of Transportation and Puget Sound Energy.
Update From The Elwha Dam Removal: Scientists are hard at work monitoring the Elwha River now that the two dams are almost completely removed. There's some good news &mdash: salmon are spawning above the lower dam, with a little help. KUOW's Ashley Ahearn reports.
