There's so little money to pay for road repair that some counties are letting paved streets turn to gravel. The cost of keeping roads drivable is staggering, and the current funding mechanism, the gas tax, isn't working. Dick Ford, chairman of the Washington State Transportation Commission, joins us to talk about solutions.
