Same-Sex Marriage Ban In North Carolina, And Nancy Pearl On Mystery Books

North Carolina Votes On Same–Sex Marriage Ban: North Carolina voters will weigh in on same–sex marriage Tuesday. The controversial measure known as Amendment 1 would define marriage as between one man and one woman in the state's constitution. If the amendment is approved, it would be among the most restrictive of marriage laws passed in 30 states. We speak to the editorial page editor of the Charlotte Observer.
