"The Gravity Of Abuse," A Personal View On Homelessness: This March marked the halfway point for the King County's Ten–Year Plan to End Homelessness. A recent census found more than 2,500 men, women and children living without shelter in King County. What brought them to the streets? Rosette Royale is the assistant editor for Real Change. His new four–part series, "The Gravity of Abuse," follows one relationship that started with a courtship in Idaho and turned into homelessness on the streets of Seattle.

The Hidden Dangers In Common Beauty Products: How much do you know about what's in the lotion, shampoo, deodorant and other cosmetic products you use to stay freshly scrubbed? Shampoos often contain sulfates and parabens, which can be hormone disrupters. Lotions often contain propylene glycol, also used to make anti–freeze. Chemicals in some sunscreens have been found to cause cancer. We'll hear what to look out for when trying to look your best without risking your health.
