Investor Concern Turns To Spain: Greek voters elected a pro–bailout party over the weekend, temporarily easing concerns that the country will exit the Euro. Market calm, however, was fleeting. Just hours after the polls closed in Greece, investors began fretting over Spain. That country's borrowing rates jumped above 7 percent Monday. A senior producer at Marketplace joins us to make sense the ongoing quagmire in Europe.
