Naveen Jain On Innovation

Great ideas can change the world. Why aren't there more of them? Our guest today says businesses and society could be doing a lot more to encourage real innovation. Naveen Jain is the controversial founder of InfoSpace, Inome and Moon Express.

Jain's company, InfoSpace, was the subject of a Seattle Times investigative report in 2005 which found questionable accounting practices. According to the report, investors were being misled by false claims of success while executives engaged in insider trading.


Naveen Jain is a controversial entrepreneur, technology pioneer and philanthropist. He is the founder of Moon Express, Inome and InfoSpace and is also a trustee of the board at the X PRIZE Foundation and Singularity University.
