Primary Winners And Losers: Washington state residents cast votes on Tuesday to decide who moves on to the general election in a host of races, from governor to the state Legislature and state Supreme Court. We take a look at what was decided on during the Primary Election Day.
Port Of Seattle Arena Study: Port of Seattle commissioners warned again on Tuesday that traffic from a new arena in Sodo would harm Port operations. Opponents of a new arena urged for an environmental review and a study of other possible sites before the city enters into an agreement with stadium owners.
