The waiting list for organ transplants is growing 5 times faster than the rate of donation. More than 75,000 people are waiting for organ transplants in the US.

When people are desperate to stay alive, what lengths will they travel to get an organ? With the current system for organ donation in question, would the rate of donation increase if financial incentives were available?
