A federal judge has temporarily halted shipments of radioactive waste to the Hanford nuclear reservation. The move is one more step in the ongoing legal battle between the state and federal government over the cleanup of Hanford.

Attorney General Christine Gregoire has repeatedly aired her frustration with the federal government's clean-up schedule and efforts to store more waste in Central Washington. Christine Gregoire joins us to discuss Hanford, proposed anti-terrorism legislation in Olympia and your phone calls on Weekday.
