12/15/2005Bonnie Dunbar has gone a long way from her childhood upbringing in rural Outlook, Washington. In fact, she's gone all the way to space as an astronaut aboard the Space Shuttles Atlantis, Challenger, Columbia and Endeavour, logging over 1200 hours on five separate missions. Now firmly back on the earth, Dunbar has taken on a new challenge. She's the CEO of Seattle's Museum of Flight. This week on Radio Intersection, Bonnie Dunbar joins KUOW's John Moe to talk about missions accomplished and missions still to come.
